Our aim is to close the gap between transfer research and practice. We develop scientifically sound transfer models, tools and interventions for practitioneers and do research that serves the practical needs and demands. Therefore we work hand in hand with the scientific community as well as HRD pracitioneers.

‘A concept which is actually practical!’

Since we started working with transfer goals and the Levers of Transfer Effectiveness, it has become clearer to everyone involved what we are talking about, where we want to go and what benefits our training provides!

It has made our trainer briefings more pithy and concrete. By using the Levers of Transfer Effectiveness, it has now become clear what our managers, the trainer, the attendees and we in the HR Department must do to enable successful transfer.
